Can You Be Healthy & Look Fit At The Same Time?

I surveyed a million people, and the answer was clear.

You want to be healthy, have longevity, all that stuff…

But you also want to look like you work out.

Ok, fine. I couldn’t quite find a million people to ask, but I’m still sure of my answer.

The problem is, most people focus too much on one thing or the other.

Or they don’t know how to do either, so they do some yoga, knock out a few squats, eat an organic apple, and call it a day.

And since none of that actually made them healthier or look better nekkid, they give up.

We believe that you can have it all.

Health markers that make your doctor ask you to coach them, and a physique that makes it obvious to anyone that you work out.

That being said, it’s not going to happen by accident.

It’s also not going to happen if you fixate on things that don’t matter.

1 - Eat the right number of calories and protein

2 - Eat 25g-35g of fiber every day

3 - Limit saturated fat to 20-25g per day or less

4 - Strength train with progressive overload
