Our Nutrition Audit is a personalized review of how you’re currently eating.
You’ll submit a short intake form and document 7 days of your current diet in our app. We’ll identify what’s helping, what’s holding you back, and what to change next.
This isn’t a diet or a meal plan. It’s clarity.
Who is this for?
This is for people who already care about eating well but feel stuck.
If you want another meal plan, challenge, or reset, this isn’t a good fit. If you want to understand why progress has stalled and how to fix it, it is.
What do I get?
You’ll receive:
A full review of your current nutrition habits
Clear, specific feedback tailored to you
Simple recommendations you can actually follow
A personalized plan and video explaining exactly what to do
No fluff. No generic advice.
I’ve tried diets, tracking, and challenges — how is this different?
Most plans tell you what to do without understanding your current diet or challenges.
