How To Get In Shape (The Easy Way)

How To Get In Shape The Easy Way

Repeat after me:

Simple scales, complicated fails.

Once more:

Simple scales, complicated fails.

For the purpose of this mantra, “scales” means that it grows, builds momentum, and leads to lasting success.

This rule is true in all areas of your life, from business to fitness to family.

The simpler you can keep the systems behind your actions, the more consistently you’ll be able to stick with them, which will ultimately make you more successful.

Sounds like a win, right?

This truth is especially crucial when you’re trying to make changes like eating healthier or exercising more consistently.

The simpler your approach, the more successful you’ll be.

The problem is that your brain gets it backwards.

Your instinct is to adopt complicated regimens like 75 hard, rule-filled diets like Optavia or fasting, expensive supplement routines, and workout classes with 200 different exercises.

You think all of that complexity will unlock the results that you’ve been missing out on.

And while there might be worthwhile parts of some of those things (except Optavia, it’s pure garbage), the complexity of them keeps them from being able to scale in your lifestyle. #aintnobodygottimeforthat

So they fail.

We believe that if you work hard, you deserve results.

And we also believe that there are only a few simple things that you need to focus on to get in incredible shape.

Simple things like:

  • Understanding what proper portions of protein, carbs, and fat look like for your goals, preferences, and activity levels.

  • Learning the right balance of less-processed nutritious food and more-processed “junk food” in your overall diet.

  • Eliminating the “all or nothing” mentality and perfectionist thinking when it comes to food and exercise.

  • Consistently building functional strength, muscle, and endurance for overall health, longevity, and aesthetics with smart training.

If you take those four simple things to heart and execute them consistently for the next year (make them scale) you won’t recognize your old self mentally or physically. I guarantee it.

The good news about the scalability of simplicity (besides the fact that you’ll get incredible results) is that it means you can finally stop Googling for fancy healthy recipes.

You don’t have to waste time and money on supplements to boost your metabolism (they don’t work).

You don’t have to fast, run 20 miles a week, or do soul-crushing workouts every single day.

I know it can be hard to believe, but it’s the truth.

The results you want will come from scaled simplicity, not unsustainable complexity.

I hope this helps!
