Our Camper Was Overrun By Bugs

You ever felt like you’re fighting a losing battle?

That was us Friday night.

We rolled into our campsite ready for a chill evening. We got set up, walked the dogs, enjoyed the views…

At dusk, I fired up the grill to get some burgers going. Blakley was inside on Mexican street corn duty.

Between grabbing the patties from inside, running buns out, grabbing ketchup, forgetting the cheese… The door had been opened and closed one too many times.

Next thing we know, we’ve got little flying bugs in the R.V. everywhere.

My first instinct?

Grab a towel and go full Rambo.

Smack, swing, repeat.

But you know how that goes… You get one, maybe two, and five more show up like it’s some kind of gnat flash mob.

Instead, I plugged in our little Zevo trap and let it do the dirty work.

Boom—problem solved.

The bugs came to it like an all-expenses-paid vacation to the blue light district.

We sipped our drinks outside, ate our burgers, and by the time we were ready to hit the sack, we were bug-free.

This is an example of how most people are messing up their fitness.

They’re running around swinging towels—aka chasing every calorie-burning workout they can find.

More cardio. More sweating. More high-intensity classes that feel like punishment for eating carbs.

But it’s all just swatting bugs. Lots of effort, zero strategy.

The real Zevo trap for your body?
Building muscle and getting strong.

Because muscle burns calories even when you're doing nothing.
It improves your metabolism.
It changes the shape of your body.
And it works behind the scenes—while you live your life.

You could keep doing daily bug patrol…
Or you could plug in something that actually works.

If you’re ready to stop wasting time with workouts that leave you exhausted but unchanged…

Get stronger.

Build muscle.

Let that do the work for you.

— Anna C.

“The best progress? I have muscles! I can lift things! I can see definition and tone in my arms, legs, and back where there used to be none.”

— Kimberley A.

P.S. - I’ve been doing food reviews on our YouTube channel. Last week I tried Kodiak Protein Waffles. How do they taste? How does the nutrition stack up? Find out HERE.
