Our 8-Week Dumbbell Only Strength Program [Strength Made Simple]is perfect for beginners -or- for de-conditioned athletes who want a straight forward path to building strength.

You’ll get:

3 Full-Body Strength Workouts Per Week — Just 30–40 minutes each, done on your own schedule.
Progressive Strength Plan — Builds strength safely and effectively, without burning you out.
Minimal Equipment — Dumbbells, a few bands, and an optional bench.
App-Based Workouts — Video demos of every exercise from Jonathan & Blakley + clear instructions.
Form Check Feedback — Upload form-check videos in week 1 & week 5; we’ll personally review your technique to make sure you are moving well and moving effectively to ensure you are making progress.
