About Arms, Abs, And You Know The Rest & Who It’s Designed For

This program is designed to make you look as fit as you feel.

The exercises and progressions were hand selected by our Director of Programming Blakley to make your muscles pop in all the right places. 

If you’re doing group fitness classes, this is a killer program to add in to see more arm, ab, and leg definition. You’ll love your results. 

If you do mostly cardio like running, biking, or swimming, this will be a perfect way to build tons of strength and muscle size. 

Follow along with all 3 workouts each week for all 5 weeks. If you miss one, just do it as soon as you can.!


Equipment Needed

  • Barbell, Plates, Rack & Bench

    -AND/OR-

  • Dumbbells in assorted sizes

  • TheraBands

  • Hip Circle

  • Box to step up on

  • BONUS EQUIPMENT:

  • Kettlebell

  • ABMAT

NOTE:  The program can be done with barbells OR dumbbells only. If you have never used barbells for these lifts - we recommend using dumbbells since you won’t have a coach ensuring that you move well.

You can always substitute a single dumbbell where a kettlebell is suggested.
