$260k in Debt

It’s 5am as I’m writing this.

Why?

Because apparently Tucson, Arizona is on Pacific Time, and my body hasn’t gotten the memo.

So here I am—wide awake, drinking coffee in the dark—thinking about something we heard on the drive Saturday.

We had The Dave Ramsey Show playing (because we’re wild like that), and a caller came on and dropped this bomb:

😬 $111,000 in student loans
😵 $60,000 in credit card debt
🙀 $90,000 in car loans

The guy sounded wrecked.
Losing sleep.
Fighting with his wife.
Exhausted from “trying harder” and still getting nowhere.
Convinced he’d never feel relief.

But in just ten minutes, Dave walked him through a step-by-step plan to get his family out of debt.

No fluff. No magic. Just a clear, doable path forward.

And by the time he hung up, he felt something he hadn’t in years—hope.

And it made me think of you.

Because maybe, on this Monday morning, you feel the same way about getting in shape.

Maybe the weight’s been creeping up for years.
Your energy’s fading.
You’re frustrated with your clothes, your habits, your reflection.

You’ve “buckled down.”
You’ve tried the no-carb thing.
You’ve joined the bootcamp.
You’ve sworn this is the last time more times than you can count.

But it’s just too much.

And maybe, deep down, you’re wondering if you’ll ever feel like youagain.

I get it.

So in my best Dave Ramsey, Tennessee accent:

Take a deep breath—it’s going to be okay.

You don’t need to overhaul your life or become a fitness monk.
You don’t need superhuman willpower, expensive equipment, or supplements.

You just need a plan.

A realistic, no-BS plan that meets you where you are—and makes sense for your life.

And a coach who actually gives a crap whether you succeed or not.

That’s what we do at Digital Barbell.

Every day, we help people just like you go from stuck, overwhelmed, and discouraged—to consistent, confident, and strong.

You’ve got enough on your plate. Let us take this one off.
